Accepted identification includes: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by LTO, or voter's ID issued by COMELEC. 345jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, or source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 345jl of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it.
Consistent with PAGCOR licensing requirements, each natural person may register and maintain only one Account on the 345jl platform. Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign an Account to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of both accounts involved in the attempted transfer.
345jl accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name that matches the identity on your verified 345jl Account. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts registered to other individuals — are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are published in the Cashier section of your Account and may be updated by 345jl from time to time. 345jl does not apply additional processing fees to standard deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose transaction fees independent of 345jl's systems.
345jl reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is made using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or that would otherwise violate applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, including those administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Suspicious transactions will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment account that: (a) is registered in your legal name, matching the name on your verified 345jl Account, and (b) is of the same method as the most recent deposit where technically and operationally possible. 345jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests require a fully verified KYC Account. Accounts where identity verification is incomplete will have withdrawals held pending completion of the KYC process. 345jl processes approved withdrawal requests within the published timeframes, which for GCash and PayMaya is generally within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may require up to one (1) business day.

During such review periods, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Users will be notified of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

345jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes; (c) a PAGCOR directive requires the action; or (d) continuation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Users.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 345jl will notify the affected User by email to their registered address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where the nature of the suspected breach requires immediate action without notice.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason other than a finding of fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Credits) will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases where account termination results from a finding of fraud or prohibited conduct, 345jl reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
All content on the 345jl platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphic elements, logos, brand marks, promotional materials, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of 345jl or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright treaties.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 345jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
345jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform, its games, or any promotional content. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Users access it at their own risk.
In the event of a dispute between a User and 345jl arising from the use of the platform or these Terms, the following dispute resolution process applies:
Users must exhaust the internal dispute resolution process described above before escalating to PAGCOR or any other external body, except in cases involving allegations of criminal conduct, which may be reported directly to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
345jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the 345jl platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect, unless immediate change is required by law, regulation, or a PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the 345jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account through customer support before the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments, unless the amendment expressly provides otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487), Republic Act No. 10927 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations and circulars.
Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such proceedings.
